Welcome to the RightFax Resource Center. Today I will be showing you how to create forms directly from within RightFax FaxUtil. This is great for organizations that need to overlay forms on outbound faxes with prepopulated information or as a watermark.

In your fax mailbox, right-click the fax in the list and on the short-cut menu click “Store as form”.

1. 表格ID

2. Description
   • Enter a description of the form
3. In the “Starting Page” box, enter the first page after the coversheet to which to apply the form.
   • 例如，如果输入1，则表格将出现在第一个正文页面上。

5. In the “Number of Pages” box, enter the number of pages you’d like the form to appear.

Your new form will now be immediately available for use on outgoing faxes.
